The Law Office of Scott A. Bentley has over 15 years of experience representing clients in the areas of foreclosures and bankruptcy, personal injury and medical malpractice, criminal defense, traffic and DUI, real estate transactions, and workers' compensation.

We are a small firm, committed to keeping individualism in this profession. We believe in taking on only as many cases as we can handle and treating our client's with the respect and dignity they deserve. Our goal is to provide each client with the best possible service we can, to return their calls, answer their questions and take the time to explain their rights, options and the most appropriate course of action.

Our firm understands that confronting a bankruptcy, suffering a personal injury, or being charged with a crime can cause a great deal of stress and anxiety to our clients. As your legal representative, we will be aggressive advocates on your behalf and we will do everything we can to make your experience with the legal process as free from emotional and personal frustration as possible.

Our firm has all the resources that larger firms offer, but as a small firm we provide the kind of hands-on, personal service to our clients that is rarely available from larger firms. The area of bankruptcy law is undergoing some major changes. We are right on top of these changes and during our 15 years of practice in this field we continue to handle between 150 and 200 bankruptcies each year.

As a client centered law firm we provide free consultations and flexible hours, including evening appointments. Satisfied clients are our greatest source of new clients.
